House Keeping / Room Inspector｜Winter Season

Maintaining the hotel to the best possible state in terms of cleanliness, and keeping it at highly desirable ambience

• Conduct Room inspection following the standard, make sure the room is ready for the guest on time.
• Maintain and ensure the highest standard of cleanliness of the entire guests area at all times.
• Ensure the Guest Cleaning Type is according to the schedule.
• Ensure the cleanliness of guests amenities and linen.
• Ensure to do safe cleaning with proper chemicals and cleaning tools
• Assist outsource Housekeeping team to services the room.
• Create and Update Cleaning Report.
• Communicate with Front Desk with the Room Status and Guests Requests.
• Attend guests inquiries of room amenities.
• Report any damage and defective of amenities or facilities to Maintenance team.
• Ensure the security and Privacy of the guest Lost and Found property.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• High proficiency in Japanese is required. English or other languages are a plus.
• High grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Ability to handle heavy load and on daily basis.
• Desirable: Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry.Please note: For foreign nationals, a Japanese work permit or working holiday visa is required.
  

40 Hours / week

Hours may increase over high occupancy periods.

Seasonal
1,650 JPY～ / Hour

  Shared dormitory/private room: utilities and Wi-Fi included. Shared shower/bath, laundry, drying room, kitchenette. facilities). Located 5 minutes walk from Hirafu Gondola.
  An apartments in the city also available.(Need a car to commuting to work）
