In order to make a restaurant reservation request, you are required to agree to AYA Niseko's terms & conditions. Please note that the cancellation policy will be applied to all reservations.
Dining start times may be adjusted to accommodate restaurant seating times.
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements will be contacted back for further information.
Some restaurants have child policies; if you are travelling with children, please indicate the ages of your children in the form below.
We may provide a your phone number upon request by the restaurant. Please inform us in advance if you wish to not provide a phone number to the Restaurant.

Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
