Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation or change in the number of people, the following cancellation fee will be charged starting from the reservation time.
・On the day (24 hours before): 100% of the course fee
・The day before (48 hours before): 50% of the course fee

AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
