As the restaurant is facing Grand Hirafu Ski Resort, you are able to see skiers dashing down the slope as well as the 4 seater high-speed lift from the big glass windows, making you enjoy the meal in a resort atmosphere. Ginger Restaurant offers creative Japanese cuisine, preparing great variety of dinner menus using local specialties such as potatoes in the Kutchan area and Wagyu beef. The restaurant opens from 7:30 to 21:30(L/O)
